SMS Consent Flow — TopGear Auto Service / Native Casa

This page documents how TopGear Auto Service collects consent from 
customers before sending any SMS messages.

HOW WE COLLECT CONSENT

When a customer visits TopGear Auto Service for the first time, a 
staff member enters their information into our digital check-in 
system using a tablet or computer at the front desk.

Before the customer's information is saved, the following consent 
disclosure is displayed on screen:

"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive appointment 
reminders, service updates, and promotional messages from TopGear 
Auto Service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may 
apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."

The customer must actively confirm consent before their phone number 
is saved to our system. Consent is never pre-checked or assumed.

WHAT CUSTOMERS RECEIVE

- Appointment confirmation messages
- Service update notifications (e.g. vehicle ready for pickup)
- Promotional offers related to auto repair services

OPT-OUT

Customers can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. They will 
receive one final confirmation message and no further messages 
will be sent.

For help, customers can reply HELP to any message.
