- AutoAdmin OS — Auto repair shop management SaaS (scheduling, invoicing, CRM, SMS marketing, digital inspections)
- Website Design — Professional websites for auto repair shops and local businesses
- Warehouse Software — Inventory management software for small businesses
As we launch new products, this policy will be updated to reflect any new data practices.
2. Information We Collect
When you purchase or use our services we collect:
- Business contact info (name, email, phone, company name)
- Vehicle owner data collected through AutoAdmin OS (name, phone, email, VIN, service history)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers or banking details)
- IP address and browser/operating system info for security and analytics
- Usage data and error logs via Sentry (anonymized — no personal data)

- To provide auto shop management services
- To send appointment confirmations and service updates (with consent)
- To send marketing communications (with explicit separate consent)
- To process payments via Stripe
- To monitor platform health and fix errors via Sentry

How we get your consent

5. SMS Communications (TCPA Compliance)
Native Casa LLC collects mobile phone numbers for the purpose of sending two distinct types of text messages:
Transactional Messages
Appointment reminders, service updates, and notifications related to your vehicle service (e.g. "your car is ready for pickup"). Customers opt in to transactional messages via an unchecked checkbox at check-in or appointment scheduling.
Marketing Messages
Promotional offers, special deals, and seasonal service announcements. Customers opt in to marketing messages via a separate unchecked checkbox. This consent is completely optional and is not required to receive service.
Consent Policy
- Consent for transactional and marketing messages is collected separately via two independent unchecked checkboxes
- Neither checkbox is pre-selected by default
- Customers may opt into one, both, or neither
- We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes
- Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes
- Message frequency varies based on your service activity — maximum 4 marketing messages per month

6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. These providers only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform their services.
Communications
- Twilio — SMS and voice communications for appointment confirmations and marketing messages
- Resend — Email delivery (sent from noreply@autoadminos.systems)
Payments
- Stripe — Online payment processing for invoice payments (PCI-DSS compliant). We never store card numbers or banking details. Stripe stores your payment data encrypted through PCI-DSS standards.
- Card Terminal — Processed by the shop's own terminal provider. NativeCasa does not process or store card terminal payment data.
- Cash, Check, and Zelle — Recorded as payment method only. No financial data is transmitted to NativeCasa.
Infrastructure
- Google Firebase — Secure cloud database hosting all shop and customer records
- Sentry — Error monitoring (anonymized stack traces only, no personal data)
- Vercel — Frontend hosting (nativecasa.com)
- Railway — Backend API hosting
Vehicle Data
- NHTSA — Vehicle recall lookups using VIN numbers (public government API, no personal data shared)
Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Important: NativeCasa does not sell your data to any third party. These services are used solely to operate and improve the platform.
7. Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

- Invoices and service records: 7 years (tax/legal compliance)
